The house is perfectly located to get the best of everything.
Nature at your doorstep, but also close
to the city of Aachen, and the borders to Belgium and Holland.
HIKING
Many walking and hiking trails
start right at the door. Also covering routes to the borders.
For example the Dreiländereck (Tripoint) is about a 1h hike.
SWIMMING
During the hot summer months you don't have to miss out on the fun.
In Aachen there is a large public swimming pool and not far away
you can enjoy beach feeling at the Dürener Badesee or Blausteinsee.
MOUNTAIN BIKING
The area around the house is a mountain bikers heaven. There are many tracks of various difficulties starting right at the house.
EVENTS
All year round there are many events happening in and around Aachen.
In summer CHIO offers a real spectacle, in autumn the 'Bent', a fun faire with many rides offering the extra kick of adrenalin. And in winter there is the Christmas market of course.
SIGHTSEEING
The Aachener city has a lot to offer with its beautiful cathedral, old architecture, fountains, markets, and shops. And Cologne, Maastricht, Monschau, Valkenburg and Vaals are just around the corner.
