THE HOUSE
A modern and bright detached house with 3 bedrooms,
2 fully equipped bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need, a large living-dining room, an entertainment room
and garden.
All bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are on the 1st floor. The kitchen, living-dining room and another bathroom are
on the ground floor. The entertainment room is located in
the basement
The whole accommodation is lovingly and modernly furnished, with a special eye for comfort and functionality,
as well as enough storage space for all guests.
BATHROOMS
The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a shower.
The downstairs bathroom is fitted with an additional shower.
LIVING AREAS
The large Garden and Terrasse are perfect for sun lounging, reading a book or enjoying a meal. But also during a rainy day, the house offers enough space to relax on the couch and enjoy a movie on Netflix, play a game of pool, or enjoy a nice meal while sitting on the large dining table.
SAFE & SMART
Safety is important, that's why we fitted all bedrooms and common areas with smoke alarms.
The room temperature can be regulated easily via the Bosch smart thermostats, and a google nest mini can be used to play your favorite songs.
LOCATION
The house is located right next to the forest (Aachener Wald) which is ideal for walking, hiking, and mountain biking.
There is an ALDI within a few minutes walking distance for groceries, fresh bread rolls and croissants.
The Aachener city with its beautiful Cathedral, old architecture, fountains, markets, and shops is 15min by car or 30min by public transport.
The borders of Belgium and the Netherlands are close by, too. The Dreiländereck (Tripoint) is about a 1h hike through the forest or 15min by car. The CHIO is about 16 minutes away by car or 30-40 minutes by public transport.
